We reached out to four different contractors for our garage build. Murray was the only one to contact us promptly and scheduled an appointment to come out and see what we we were working with. Murray and his guys are great to deal with! Very professional work and prompt communication made for a great experience during our garage build. I searched for nearly one year for a builder for my dream garage and picked Murray Contracting. To say that I am pleased is an understatement. Murray was the most professional, willing to work with you on changes, and pointed out the pros and cons of each question. He took care of everything from the building permits to making arrangements with any sub-contractor. His crew was professional, courteous, on time daily and left a clean job site at the end of the day.

My husband and I spent a year searching for the right person to build our pole barn. After looking at many buildings, we found one that was built with quality workmanship. We contacted Murray Contracting and after much talking and planning we signed a contract. Murray and his crew do amazing work, are very professional, and are great to work with. We looked into several contractors when we were considering adding on a garage to our home. Murray was incredibly easy to work with, very responsive and willing to work with our loan needs with our refinance. The crew is small, but they work incredibly hard and maintain a very clean work site. I am still amazed at how quickly 3 people were able to put up a 26x26 garage with attic storage. We're incredibly pleased with the workmanship and would absolutely hire Murray again for any outdoor projects.

Murray Construction is a top notch construction company in South Central Pennsylvania. I had previously contacted another construction company to build my pole barn (40'x60') and was very unhappy with the responsiveness of that company. They were completely overpriced. I later contacted Murray Byers and spoke with him. He was very responsive and the price was extremely reasonable. His crew is clean, professional and they are all craftsman. I take notice to small details such as straightness of exterior screw lines and they are perfect. The metal work was great. Byers also played interference when the supply company completely messed up the color of the metal. He made things right, which created a lot more work for his employees but his priority was making sure I was happy with the final build...which I am. I can't say enough good about Murray Byers and his crew. I would definitely use them again! (Sorry I didn't have pictures with the garage doors hung, but they are just as nice as the rest of the building.) This company is highly recommended for anyone looking to build an outbuilding, garage or barn. - Matt Bietsch

Very professional and great to work with! Communication is great which is hard to come by these days! Every project has a few bumps along the way and they go above and beyond to ensure our happiness. They take great pride in their craftsmanship and product.

We had them build a 40'x60' with 16' sides and would do it again.

Murray was very patient and understood what we wanted as a barn/workshop. The workmanship and quality of materials was beyond our expectations. The crew were efficient, hard working and polite to both my wife and I. I would highly recommend Murray Contracting to my friends and family!

We used Murray Contracting to replace a porch on a Pre-Civil War brick house. From day one Murray was professional. He quickly came out and drew up plans and communicated with us in a timely manner every step of the way. He and his partner worked long days to complete this intense project in 3 days. They even worked through the rain to stay on track. The finished product was amazing. Every step of the way, he was respectful. All the way down to hosing off the dirt and fixing the flowerbed. His price was very reasonable as well.

If you want a contractor that is flexible and easy to work with, then look no further. Like many projects, this started out with one plan and then change along the way. Murray and his team was extremely accommodating to my every whim and in the end, I have a custom built garage that meets all my requirements. He went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful.
